Kelsey's not a fixer-upper. That's his main appeal to me (that and he's kind of a nerd and I love me some nerdy boys). With him, you're not having to sit around and be his therapist while he works through some tragedy/angst/emotional constipation that keeps him from Opening His Heart to Love (tm) like so many other video game love interests. (Similarly, that's why I enjoyed Gavin as well. Valen's about the only brooder I've ever liked romancing.) And talking about mods doesn't just have to be character and romance based, right? Because from a story and gameplay perspective, the Ascension mod is a must have for ToB, I think. Yeah, absolutely! Ascension mod, eh? Never heard of it. What's it all about?

I'm also a sucker for all thing Romance Mod. One of my favorites was the Sarah NPC Mod. She was just such a sweetheart I couldn't help but love having her around. A few others would be Kivan though I have yet to play that one all the way through. I love the angle it takes in that you're the one already in love and he's kinda dense to it at first. Xan BG2 really, REALLY got to me. One of the few that made me legitimately have feelings when He abandoned you when you needed him most. I also enjoyed the Fade NPC mod though I had to play a male character to fully experience it. She was just a fun companion to have around, many laughs. In terms of quest mods some of my favorites would have to be those Colours of Infinity mods. Innershade, Tales of the Deep Gardens, The White Queen and such. So well made. All of this is Baldur's Gate 2/ToB. I haven't really touched BG1 enough to mod it. x.x

What's it all about? baldursgate.wikia.com/wiki/AscensionBasically, it restores some cut content, changes some Bhaalspawn abilities, gives Saravok more of a character arc, COMPLETELY changes the final battle with Melissan (improving it vastly) and just generally gives you more roleplay options. Never play ToB without it!

Waiting for ascension to be EE approved. My system can't handle old BG and EE at the same time. It was a sad day when I learned that. It is enough to make me want to keep 1 computer dedicated to old BG and have the other one for EE.
Anyway check out G3 if you are interested in testing romantic encounters for BG1. Jasty is letting several of us run through. It seems to be compatible with vanilla, tutu, BGT, and EE. Thus far it has added some interesting interactions, and my test character just set foot in Beregost.
Still wanting NPC project and GAVIN to be EE approved. They add so much to the game it is almost strange, Immy not commenting, Khalid and Jaheria being silent, Adjantis not wanting to talk to the pretty girl. And Gavin, yep I miss him.
Kelsey for BG2 EE has been a pleasant surprise. I took a little break at Yagas mountain retreat, I will jump back in soon.

Good to see you here lavadelvortel It would be great to hear of any new releases here. I know haven't been keeping track of new things that pop up as much. That reminds me, I should take another look at BG2EE now that there must be more mods available for it too <3

I've been sitting on a vanilla install of BG2EE for a few months now, I'm almost afraid to mod it. I've been gathering what compatible mods I can find, hoping I don't break anything. I'm gonna dive in soon and hope I don't mess it up. Question, has there ever been a Mazzy Romance Mod? I know one was in the works many moons ago, but never came to fruition. She's such a sweetheart I was always hoping for one but it never came to be.
